Fans of the CBS series NCIS: Hawai’i have started a petition to save the recently cancelled series. Sapphic fans were particularly disappointed by the axing of the drama because the series was one of the few prime time network programs to feature a lesbian relationship between 2 main characters. Throughout its 3 seasons fans have reveled in watching the evolving wlw relationship between characters Lucy (played by Yasmine Al-Bustami) & Kate (Canadian born actress Tori Anderson).
