Big Brother Canada Cancelled

This week it was announced that Canada’s Big Brother has been cancelled after 12 seasons. Global’s reality show competition is a spin off of the original series from the Netherlands. The show was hosted by Arisa Cox.

Over the years Big Brother Canada had amassed a large & loyal fan base & with this week’s surprise announcement efforts are already underway to save the show with a petition circulating online.

The show’s most recent winner was Halifax native Bayleigh Pelham who became the one of only a few LGBTQ winners in the show’s history.

Another popular lesbian series favorite was Erica Hill who entered the house is season 6. Hill, along with her partner Cheyenne Catchpole, has parlayed her stint on Big Brother Canada into something more; becoming a social media personality with popular accounts on Instagram, Tik Tok, & YouTube, & Facebook.
