Remembering Paula & Sophie on Coronation Street (1960-)

Paula Martin was a solicitor at Barlow Legal Services & girlfriend of Sophie Webster.

In 2018, Paula took on former schoolfriend Sally Metcalfe as a client when Sally was charged with fraud. Romance blossomed between Paula & Sally’s daughter Sophie, despite Sophie being a similar age to Paula’s own daughter Isla. They were together for a year before parting company when Sophie, with Paula’s encouragement, left to go travelling around Asia.
